063 - Are You Ready for The Year of You?

• I talked about how I've been using the SOL Planner for many years and found it really helpful when I was managing my family's busy schedules.
• I mentioned signing up for Sarah Light's "Frazzled to Focused" workshop and getting a lot out of the check-in calls even though I only attended one live session.
• I also discussed discovering Dr. Edie Wadsworth and her "Made For More 2024" program, being inspired in the first session and deciding to enroll in her life mentoring school coaching program for the new year.
